First Batch of Kickstarter Orders Has Departed!

Yes pinup lovers, we're delighted to announce that over a third of our campaign orders have already shipped out this week! It's been a helluva effort, but packages should be arriving at your door very soon! 

When your items has been received by USPS, you will be emailed a tracking number. Don't fret if you have not yet received notification, we expect the packing/shipping to continue for at least the next few weeks. We will be sending further updates as the process continues.

Note: We are still collating orders that contain giclées, so please be patient if you are expecting a signed print/s. We hope to complete all Kickstarter shipments before the end of September.

Returned BackerKit Survey = Delivered Goodies

If you have already completed your survey from BackerKit – we thank you – your order should soon be with you! However, we cannot send you goodies without your current mailing address (even if you have contributed to previous campaigns or bought from the eOlivia store). If you have not received your BackerKit survey, you can gain immediate access via the Survey Recovery Page.  You simply have to enter your email address (used for Kickstarter) and voilà – you are in!

The BackerKit survey also functions as an "add-on store".  Add-ons ordered during our Kickstarter campaign will come pre-selected in your survey but a whole range of other items will also be on offer, including some exclusive Kickstarter Specials.  If you regret not upgrading to the Print Set during the campaign (or any other of our reward tiers), the BackerKit survey also allows you to upgrade your pledge level! For this function, instructions are included in the survey itself.

Have You Returned Your Survey? + Production Update #3

All backers should now have received a survey from BackerKit. 

If you have not received your BackerKit survey, you can gain immediate access via the Survey Recovery Page.  You simply have to enter your email address (used for Kickstarter) and voilà – you are in!

Completing your surveys promptly is incalculably helpful to us. We also cannot send you goodies without your current mailing address (even if you have contributed to previous campaigns or bought from the eOlivia store). Note: We will be locking orders on Monday July 18 – if you want to be included in our first batch of shipments, please complete your survey by this date. You will still be able to complete your survey after July 18, however, we expect our first batch to be extremely large and take a number of weeks to fulfill. Understandably, we won't be shipping the 2nd batch of orders until the first is completed. So again, please return your surveys as soon as possible.

Production Update #3 

Just a short update to say – the pins and stickers are in!  We are still awaiting delivery of the calendars but expect to have them soon.

Please keep your eyes peeled this week – BackerKit survey's will soon be heading into your inbox!

Production Update #2

So far, production is moving along at a steady pace! We've just approved the proof for the stickers – and we can't wait to receive these beauties from Diesel Fuel Prints! 35,000 printed postcards have also arrived and the task of sorting those 14-pack sets into your bundles has already begun. This is one of the most time-consuming aspects of production, so we are very pleased that this is already underway. The enamel pins have the longest production time (3-5 weeks), but these require the least amount of preparation to pack – thankfully they have also been approved to print.

Back from the printers this week – the 2nd round of physical proofs for the calendar itself! After a few more amends, we have submitted the 3rd print file which we hope to sign off in the next few days.

For our in-house giclée prints, Olivia is still making adjustments but we expect production to commence next week. These require a number of steps, including hand-tearing and embossing, before Olivia can sign. Certificates of Authenticity will also need to be prepared in the coming weeks.

Thank you to all who pledged to make this year’s Kickstarter such a success 🙏🏻

We can’t wait to get all these calendars & extra goodies into your homes. 

I start to gather 2024 calendar images right after this Kickstarter ends. 

From here to December, I start new work and I go far back into the decades of work I’ve done to pull images that most people haven’t seen. (and that I’ve forgotten I’ve done 😂).
I try to give you an entertaining pinup calendar to amuse and titillate you throughout the year.  

We have a great team that are working to get your packages to you as quickly as possible.
So again, thank you for the love you have shown me over the years- I’m grateful!

A massive thank you from all at Team Olivia for what has been our best Kickstarter ever – once again! 

As always, we are truly humbled by your support! This year saw contributions from over 1350 backers and a dollar total that exceeded 110K – just mind-blowing and another year of Olivia pinup goodness is guaranteed because of YOU!

Important info – we will be sending surveys via BackerKit in about 10 days – and will post another update a day prior so you can keep an eye out. Backer surveys are your opportunity to specify any add-ons that are included in your pledge, and inform us of all the relevant shipping information – since we can't send you goodies if we don't know your address.

During the campaign, we also had a number of requests for sticker and magnet add-ons. Unfortunately, the materials needed for magnet production are currently "out-of-stock"at our favorite printers – but we have turned the 4 awesome Bettie Page stickers into an add-on pack that will be available when you complete your survey (amongst individual 8x10 giclées and a few other exclusives for Kickstarter backers).

Production Update#1

Everyone is all-too aware of current "supply-chain issues" due to various global events. This has made production of items for our 2023 Kickstarter quite challenging this year – particularly with acute paper shortages that we've never-before-seen. Thankfully, however, we have managed to secure printers with enough materials in stock for our calendar, postcards, pins, and stickers. We have also bulk-purchased a number of rolls of the 100% rag paper that we use for our in-house giclée production – a sufficient quantity to satisfy pinup lovers well into the next year!

We have also just received our first round of printer's proofs for the 2023 calendar! Needless to say, our quality control is pretty tight and we have already made some adjustments for the 2nd proof – which we expect to receive within the next 10 days. The big green print button should hopefully soon follow that!

A Note for Errored Backers:

Every year, a small number of backers will have problems with their credit card or similar complications. If you are effected by this issue, you can fix your pledge by logging into your Kickstarter account and clicking on the "Fix Payment" banner at the top of the page. Kickstarter has also produced an article on what to do if your pledge is dropped here. Backers with errored pledges will have just 7 days from our project's end – 6/9/22 – to update their payment method.
